2.1 Baby!
I just learned I got my 2.1! So Bristol here I come! I haven’t learned the breakdown of my marks yet, but I do want to, out of a morbid curiosity as to how low my Measure Theory mark was… I also would like to know how good my essays were.
Isn’t this the best thing ever! I might get myself one in celebration of kicking Warwick’s ass.
I’m hoping this site is a hoax of some kind. If it is, it is the best damn hoax on the internet. It’s either that or a scary weirdo God-bod child-manipulating eek-zone. I think it is a hoax. Well done whoever made it… My favourite bit is right at the bottom;
Please visit the following good Christian business:
Brilliant. Those little touches are wonderful…
The area of Luxembourg…
…is about the same as 320664 football pitches. Interesting.
Since I’ve got home to my CD collection I’ve been listening to lots of CDs that I couldn’t listen to at uni. Well, I’ve been listening to Showbiz and Pinkerton lots… But I intend to listen to lots of fun stuff I haven’t managed to for a long time…
Guess who’s back. Back again
My my, haven’t I been busy? Went to the Final Fling; the great big party for Warwick finalists. I had a great time, despite hardly seeing any of The Automatic and Hard-Fi. Lots of fun was had by all.
Then I came home, leaving lots of cleaning and stuff for my housemates. Tee hee. Now I am back at the ranch, chilling with my brand spanking new Xbox 360. I bought Oblivion, but it’s in French. So ‘m playing a bit of that and a bit of Pro Evo 6 while I wait for amazon to send me a nice ENGLISH copy of oblivion. Lovely. Then I will allow Elder Scrolls IV to take over my life for a while. After that, I’ll be off to graduate and such. Hoorah.
There was a massive storm a couple of nights ago. It was really really loud on the roof windows i my brothers room (where I was sleeping because my room was covered in dust sheets and whatnot). Hearing thunder and seeing lightning while inside is an experience in itself, but imagine back in the day when people lived in dodgy little shelters. Imagine being that close to the massive power of a thunder storm. It’s really no wonder that the god of thunder was often the king of the gods. Zeus, Thor, whatever was THE MAN!
Something else occurred to me today; zebra crossings are crazy. Buses stop to let you cross the road! Think about it; 65 kilos of weedy flesh and bone versus several tons of metal, glass and horsepower. Who will yield? Who would win in a fight? Yeah zebra crossings are crazy.
So it’s been a while…
I have been too busy for any blogging nonsense recently, what with going to Cambridge to see the ladyfriend and exams and… what was that other thing I did? Oh yeah. I only went and saw freaking muse play in freaking wembley freaking stadium! Yeah it was pretty special. But I now owe my friend loads of money because my bank card was being an arse.
In other news, there is no other news. I’m going to enjoy having nothing to do for a week and then go home and party til I’m purple!

I bought the new Travis album recently. It’s rather good. Other than that I’ve been up to my usual displacement activities. Not achieving nearly enough of anything… Exams will be over soon and then I can relax and not find all sorts of ways to avoid evil revision.
My mint plant, Hendrix, is not looking as well as he could be. I think he needs a bigger pot. I will buy one for him one of these days…
For now, I must get back to learning to juggle with four balls…
